Firearm Shipments & FFL Transfers
All firearm purchases MUST be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers have two options. Option 1). customer takes responsibility in providing us with their chosen FFL dealer’s license and address for processing the transfer. Option 2). customer can use the contact us form to ask for assistance in finding a FFL dealer near you. We are happy to assist with this and can work with the FFL dealer to expedite the process.
FFL Transfer Process: (we can assist)
1. Choose an FFL Dealer: Select a local FFL dealer to receive your firearm.
2. Provide FFL Information: Have your dealer email a copy of their valid FFL to, hello@liberty-arsenal.net, with your order number in the subject line.
3. Processing Time: Once we receive the FFL, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
4. Transfer & Background Check: Upon arrival at your FFL, you must complete all necessary paperwork and background checks as required by federal, state, and local laws.
General Shipping Information
• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after FFL verification (for firearms) or payment processing (for non-firearm items).
• Shipping Methods: We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for delivery, with tracking information provided once the order ships.
• Restricted Locations: We do not ship firearms, magazines, or certain accessories to locations where prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Ammunition & Accessory Orders
• Ammunition: Must be shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Some states require additional documentation before shipping.
• Accessories & Parts: Non-firearm items will be shipped directly to the customer, subject to any applicable restrictions.
Order Cancellations & Returns
• Firearm Sales Are Final: Once a firearm has shipped, the sale is final. If an order is canceled before shipment, a restocking fee may apply.
• Returns on Non-Firearm Items: Unused accessories and parts may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee.
